Honestly, at this point if you’re a business owner, a marketer or you just like designing and you haven’t heard of Canva, I assume you live under a rock because WHAT!?
Canva has to be hands down the best app me and my team have ever used when it comes to graphic design, and so much more! I can’t think of a better site for all things business marketing! Is there anything Canva can’t do or create? I’ll let you know if I come across anything but at this point, I’d trust Canva with my kids. Yup.
If you haven’t already noticed, I kinda like Canva.

What is Canva?
Canva is a tool absolutely loaded with easy to use features and functionality that a 2 year old could use! Although I don’t recommend hiring a 2 year old to design your graphics, it is really that simple!
You can create endless amounts of engaging content that your audience will love!
Canva has been super popular among millions of business owners due to its easy to use drag-and-drop features and layouts, it’s perfect for businesses big and small.
From their easy to use Video Suite, access to thousands of stock photos, automatic background remover, custom brand guides, and so much more!

If we’re being honest, creating professional videos is no walk in the park, it takes a lot of work, a creative eye and some kind of knowledge about today’s trends to really make a statement when it comes to creating a great video for your business

Oh the stock photos are what gets me! Having thousands of photos to choose from is essential because it can save you so much time hunting for the perfect assets for your project
In addition to thousands of free templates, icons and fonts, Canva offers over 100+ million stock photos for Canva Pro members
Whether you need stock images for your newsletters, website/blog or Instagram feed or any other design you’re working on for your brand, having access to millions of stock photos is such a HUGE plus and just one of the main reasons why I believe business owners should use Canva Pro!
One-Click Image Background Remover
Removing the background of an image or your brand logo couldn’t be any simpler!
Lightroom and Luminar Al are also great options for removing backgrounds, but we all aren’t professionals in graphic design so having a simple tool like this on Canva is amazing!
Other platforms can make things super tedious and time consuming, this tool on Canva is a one and done, plus it won’t compromise the quality of your photos
Customize Your Brand Kit
This is one of my favorite features. You can be a huge corporation or a small mom and pop shop, having a brand kit is super essential for maintaining and communicating a consistent message to your audience.
Make sure that your message isn’t misinterpreted down the road, using your brand kit will ensure that your marketing and communications are accurate and on-brand!

Create a Canva Team
Want more than one person to work on your brand at the same time? It’s possible! You can invite team members and work on any design together. You all can post comments, tag team members, assign tasks, share designs with each other and resolve any suggestions directly through Canva.
There’s an almost endless list of designs you can work on with your team, from presentations to social media posts, video editing, there’s so much to do to keep your creativity flowing
All you have to do is invite your team, choose their access permissions and start creating stunning designs together!
