Let's get to it

Being a private practice owner isn't a walk in the park. It is hard work and it takes a lot of courage just to start a private practice. It also takes a lot of strength to manage and grow it. With so many options and different directions a private practice can go in, it is no surprise that you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed. Maybe you have a thriving practice but struggle when it comes to managing your billing. Or maybe you are flowing with new clients but you need help managing your staff and putting systems and procedures into place. The consulting that we provide offers an individual and strategic plan for your practice. We listen to where you feel like you need improvement and we come up with the right plan to get you on the path to success.

I am not the type of consultant to tell you now is the time to seek consulting guidance, because it may not be the best time for you. I will not tell you I am the best consultant for your practice because there may be someone out there that understands you better than I can. Basically I am not going to tell you what you want to hear, I will tell you how I do things and what I think is best for you but at the end of the day the decision is up to you. We all have different journeys to lead, it is your choice to decide how serious you are about growing your practice and who you choose to help you with that journey. I would love to be the person to help you if you feel like it is the time to do so and if I am the best match to help with that process.

My Approach

When I am consulting one on one with mental health practice owners I focus on process and procedures first. Getting a closer look at how things are running and what areas need improvement. Once you identify what areas need improvement we set up a plan to make the positive change happen. Through out this process we work together to make the positive change happen using a variety of techniques.

Who I work with

I work specifically with mental health practice owners who want to make major changes within their practice to achieve long term practice goals. Because consulting in an investment for the practice I only work one on one with practice owners that are determined to have a successful practice and are willing to put in the work to make the changes happen. So if you are motivated, willing to accept the guidance I have to offer and serious about making your practice a priority then I just may be the right consultant for you.

Some of the most common areas practice owners choose to seek guidance in are as follows:

Process and Procedures

Client retention

Value based offer

Marketing

Practice expansion

Billing guidance

Additional income
