Before I go on to tell you how I like to do things when it comes to consulting with therapists, let me tell you a bit more about myself.
In 2016 I started a business called Stress-Free Private Practice Management.
I knew that I wanted to specialize in the mental health field as soon as I got my first private practice client. It just felt so good to be able to help someone grow their practice so that they could help others on their mental health journey.
I have always had an interest in the mental health field from the time I was a little girl. My mother suffered from many mental illnesses and still does to this day.
I always hoped I could be a therapist and have my own business so that I could help others that were struggling as she was. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go to college and fulfill those dreams.
However, I always held onto the dream of being a business owner and found my way to the mental health field again.
Since 2016 I have grown a large team that helps to assist therapists and private practice owners grow, scale, and market their practice. As time went on I decided that I wanted to do more of what I loved when it came to the mental health field.
I love to help practice owners take control of their practice.
I love finding solutions to what may seem to be an impossible situation.
I love creating long-lasting connections with like-minded people that also have a dream to be a successful entrepreneur.
That is why in 2021 I decided to start working more one on one with clients to help them achieve their practice goals.
So now onto the good stuff.
I am sure as a therapist you are aware of what an approach is.
I often tell my clients to market according to your approach. I say this because if your approach to working with a client isn’t an approach that they feel comfortable with then they will not work out as being a successful client for you.
I feel the same way when I work with my consulting clients. So it is important that I share my approach with you.
I work in a few different ways. I am
more of a vision-focused consultant. I start by analyzing where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
We talk about what your vision is for you and your practice and make strategic goals to meet it. I will support you in the goals you are working to accomplish. I may even push you a bit out of your comfort zone.
I will also work with you on your mindset when it comes to being a business owner.
If you are going into private practice ownership with the right mindset anything is achievable.
I like to combine my consulting calls with follow-up emails that include tools for you to grow.

I am passionate about helping practice owners succeed. I have already helped many diverse practices with the strategic operations of their practices and I have a variety of knowledge that helps me to help other practice owners succeed.
